Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we did not appear more welcoming to you. We try hard to create a warm welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers. As far as signs we have an open sign in our front office. We also have 3 Maryland state inspection signs. One on the front of our building, one of the side of our building and one on a pole by the street. When it gets cold we do leave our garage doors closed so our employees can stay warm.
