I made an appointment for 10am for a state inspection and showed up at 10 on the dot. I had originally made my appointment for drop off but ended up having to wait since my ride fell through. The gentleman first said it would be a few hours but after informing them I would have to wait they pushed it through for me and had it done before 11am. I was super grateful and appreciative!

This was the worst experience. I took my car in for an alignment and they claimed that it needed a part that it did not need on the rear of the car that would have cost $1300. It took over 5 hours to get my car back and it was worst than when I dropped it off. I took the car to another shop and they did the alignment in 40 minutes with no problems and no mention of any parts for the rear.

I was quoted $3,900 at another service center to remove and replace front suspension arms, wheel alignment and transmission flush! Based on a friend’s recommendation, I reached out to Chris who gave me a much lower estimate of $2,100. Gino was polite and I was amazed that they completed the work in under 8 hours, especially since the other service told me the suspension arms would take 10 hours. This is a reputable service that does good work for a very fair price. Highly recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend their auto repair services! When my husband retired as a Master Mechanic we had to find someone reputable and honest to now service our cars. The first person he thought of was Chris. Just had new tires put on, wheel balance and alignment done. Chris also provided an estimate for a window replacement, which was next on our list. His attention to detail and quality of service are outstanding.

I started getting my vehicle serviced here about a year ago and have had positive experiences each time. I love Geno and his team. They are honest reliable and they have good time management Moreover over. I love the customer service that I receive every time not only do they just tell you what’s wrong they provide a solution and a plan. They always explain things in a level that I can understand since I am obviously not a mechanic. Last but not least my husband and I both have Dodge vehicles and they specialize and in servicing Dodge vehicles.

The crew over at Crown are top notch! They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is taken care of! With them my Avalanche is running better than ever!
