Came to your location on last Friday 7/18/25 for an oil change on a 2010 Toyota Prius III Hybrid. Prior to my visit, received a "courtesy reminder text" about this upcoming appointment. I came to this location upon referral by an acquaintance James Ferguson, who's been to your location for his automotive needs. After my discussion with James, I felt that this was the place to bring my vehicle to. Upon arriving was greeted with courtesy and professionalism which was key to me. Mentioned also about the "tire indicator light" that was staying on and in addition to the oil change, the problem was resolved. Informed them that I brought my own automotive supplies for vehicle, they went to check to see if they could use what I brought and thank God the supplies were used. After leaving the vehicle to get something to eat, received a call informing me that I needed a "Cabin Oil Filter" which I informed them that I would purchase it and be there in 15 minutes and yes, was pleased that they put it on for me. They also followed-up with a courtesy text on today, thanking me for coming to them. It is my sincere intent to use them for my future automotive needs.
