I just had an excellent first-time experience! They are prompt, diligent, communicative, and friendly. They were direct, knowledgable, and informative on all fronts. I called to book a MD state-inspection appointment. I spoke with Geno, who expressed they were extremely busy and booked, but once he discovered I was extremely close to their place of business at the time, they accommodated me anyway! I expected to wait a while upon arrival, being that they were gracious enough to fit me in with their current appointments. But Stewart, the gentleman who was inspecting was happy to take my vehicle through the process before I could depart from my vehicle! He did a thorough inspection swiftly, and courteously explained to me the items to keep an eye on in the longterm to ensure my safety on the road. I am grateful for their quality of service. My vehicle passed! They are certainly top of mind for any future repairs, regular maintenance, and all things vehicles. Not to mention my grandfather and grandmother are business people in this area and speak highly of them; grandad has been going to them for all his trucks for many years.
