I was scheduled for a Md State inspection. I was greeted by Gino, who took my car in right away. I waited for the inspection. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with the service at Bryans Road Crown.

Let me start by saying the service department customer service is a Grade A also detailed and transparent about all work needed immediately and Later!!! This was my first time using Crown Service Shop. The turn around for service was surprisingly faster than my expectations.I was Satisfied and Happy with my service it will recommend 100%

My Charger has sentimental value from a family member that passed. The problem with the car no one could fix or even find out what was wrong. I been to 6 shops from IndianHead To Washington DC with no luck just paying over and over again for diagnostic tests until I stop here and in ONE DAY our car was driving like new again. So I had to go meet Chris in person and thank him myself and tell him Im adding him to my family Christmas list and Im bringing all my friends and family here. Im back Ricky Bobby.
