Failed my inspection. Took it to my mechanic got everything fixed. Failed me on reinspection because they said brake line wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t sure if it was leaking. Took it to my guys who cleaned it and made sure it wasn’t leaking. Then they failed it again said it was leaking. Smh I felt that something wasn’t right so I took it another place and again paid the full inspection fee....and passed. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Don’t go to this place for a car inspection.

I have not felt this way before in your establishment receiving service on my vehicles. But I felt like I was nickled and dimed. I brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic test (paid for it) then in the same day the grounds were checked for the same diagnostic text ( paid again) and then I asked if the monies could go towards the service needed on I was told no. And normally when a diagnostic is done the monies would go towards the work. Now the diagnostic done on the vehicle was the same diagnostic that Advance Auto does and I showed the picture to the tech. I feel the service is changing from the last 4 vehicles I have had serviced here. I believed speaking to other customers they felt the same way. I hope something can be done to change this.

Yolanda, I am sorry if you felt that we were nickel and diming you. Advance Auto only pulled a code from your computer- which only gives you an area but not necessarily the cause- the first time we tested powers and grounds- which were working at that time we also cleaned your a/c drain then we cleared the codes to see if it was a one time fluke or a continuing intermittent issue- the code came back so we retested the powers and grounds- good at the time again- did some research and suggested replacing the vehicles computer. Our typical check out is one hour between both times we only charged an hour. I will give you a call to see if I can clear up this matter. Dawn
