Bryan’s Road Crown is a cross between an old fashion repair shop and modern day facility with computers, diagnostic devices, and mechanics who can work on any type of car, and social media marketing. Bryan’s Road Crown was listed on MVA website, as a certified state approved emissions repair shop. I failed my emission test and was charged for an initial diagnosis. Upon diagnosing the problem with very little oil in the crank shaft, they did an oil change, and then proceeded to see if that solved the problem. I think what impressed me the most was there honesty. A major repair in the engine could have run me several thousand dollars. Being an older senior citizen and female, How would I know if they were telling me the truth? Having to use the car to get around what options would I have had except to get the repair done ? I received a call after about 3/4 hours after dropping my car off, and my car was ready and the bill was less than $250. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and honesty. As I need repairs on my 8 year old Kia in the future, they have my business over the dealership. I will recommend them to family and friends, who need a car repaired. I would also like to thank the young woman who works at the counter who offered to help me cross the highway to go to the dinner to get coffee or breakfast.
